But I put both Amazing Spider-Man and Scarlet Spider not far behind Daredevil right now for my favorite comic being produced at the moment (throw in Scott Snyder's "Batman" and there's my Top 5!).
I enjoyed DD, but gave up for financial reasons and because other characters interest me more. I've also never read Hawkeye despite the praise. My top 5 at the moment:
    1. Scarlet Spider
    2. Thor God of Thunder
    3. Amazing/Superior
    4. Batman
    5. Justice League

Very close between 3 and 4 (I guess this answers the thread for me), 1 is ahead of 2 easily which is ahead if 3 and 4. JL rose because aquaman dropped of late as did superman since hel on earth and ac for a while.

I have not read Hawkeye either but have heard nothing but praise; I suppose I should give it a whirl!

There has been one issue of each. Not nearly enough information to come to a solid conclusion. I liked two stories. I read Avenging yesterday so that is freshest in my mind, so I think I will go with that one (until I read Superior #2). Its the John Zaller theory of survey response applied to comicbook forums. !!!1

Avenging so far, I love Chris Yost's writing of that and Scarlet Spider alot more than Dan Slott's. Even just the preview for issue 2 of Superior highlighted this for me.

Yeah I'm thinking the same. although I'm not much of a fan.

I'd have included KD's Avengers Assemble in my top 5, in place of Justice League but it looks like she's off the book after three issues.

I think Chris Yost and Kelly Sue Deconnick are the best two writers Marvel employes at the moment (followed by Slott)

Hawkeye is currently the best book Marvel publishes. When the trade comes out and you can get all those glorious David Aja/Javier Paluido pages, you won't be disappointed or your money back(for bad taste)

    Scarlet Spider

    Then Avenging

    Then Superior

I'm a huge Yost fan, so I guess I'm biased.

Anyway, I'm going to hold my vote off until I've read a few issues of each. I loved both of them though, so it might be a tough choice.
Well, Kaine is pretty much the closest to the real Spidey we've got now, no?

    Avengings fun and little.
    Enjoy whatever you choose.

I'm more Superior, but i did like the Avenging with the X-men and loved when Spock punched Wolverine made me laugh.
I do like avenging but depends on the other caracter.

If Avenging, Daredevil and FF were the only comics I was allowed to read every month... I'd live.
