Does Uther have the Possible Sword?

No.
Nameless was calc'd to be near Cassandra Cain levels of bullet speed when using his technique.
Uther Doul is ridiculously quick, but we can't give him any more than Lady Shiva type speed (moving and attacking so quickly he seemed to teleport/didn't appear to move).
As such, he can't really keep up with Nameless without his Possible Sword.
Well, it's a sword and in fact his standard equipment, so yes. I hoped that it against Nameless's sheer speed and precison would be an interesting match. And besides, Uther himself said that he cant simply spam the possible sword, so it may be just enough for it to be a close fight.
If Nameless lets him get the first attack, Nameless might lose. He'd have a hard time defending from a couple dozen mildly different attacks, simultaneously.
Sadly for Uther, Nameless is fast enough to get in that first attack and shank him.
Milage may vary! :)
Yeah, a few mildly different attacks is what you get if you use it like an ordinary Master Swordsman and thus limit the probability of where it strikes. Doul explains he developed a unique fighting style to maximize randomness without getting so sloppy as to cut himself, and victims are described as being lacerated from head to foot when he does that.

If only we knew more about the Ghosthead Empire, they'd be great for army-vs-army rumbles.
If only we had more Possible Weapons
I think if Doul could get the opportunity to turn on his sowrd he could just create a field where Nameless cannot enter lest he be chopped up like sushi.
Also, Doul's sword is described as being like diamond, so Nameless's sword could just get broken if it hits the sword field.
But his technique is too fast for that to really happen I think.
Technically, Doul has a limited enough battery that he doesn't use it unless he needs to and only for fractions of a minute at a time... So he might run out after a long while.
He probably took the opportunity to charge the battery when he was at the Scar though, given they were close enough for him to power his Possible Keyboard thingy... Which didn't have batteries.
