    Yeah, but I'd still extend it further because I'm not sure DC has bothered to really figure out what they're doing for the long-term yet.

    And hasn't Batwoman's origin / backstory changed a bit since she was first introduced in 52?
    I haven't actually read 52 yet, but Batwoman's story hasn't changed since Elegy.

    Well, since I haven't read Elegy, does it read the same as her first appearances in 52? Is the Bible of Crime and stuff like that still involved?

    Actually I found Identity Crisis helped me understand some Infinity Crisis but more importantly the 52 series. I read Infinity and 52 without reading Identity Crisis and when reading 52 I was really confused by the Elongated Man's story since they don't really explain what happened to him and his wife.

    Oh, I can see how Identity Crisis would help with "52", I thought you meant it helped you read some of the "new52" titles released since September 2011.
    It doesn't matter what the writer, artist, or editor had in mind when they created it, or what they said in an interview;
    all that matters is what is on the page.

    I would venture to guess the vanishing of Booster Gold at the end of his pre/during Flashpoint series is somehow relevant since the ending of the JLI annual.
    Ongoings I'm picking up: MANHATTAN PROJECTS, BEDLAM, FATALE, SAGA, THE WALKING DEAD, B.P.R.D. , CREEPY, EERIE, CONAN, DHP, HELLBOY, THE MASSIVE, MIND MGMT, STAR WARS, SAVAGE SWORD

    So Flashpoint is definitely relevant to New 52 right? Does Flashpoint then come after Blackest Night, and Brightest Day? Being a high school teacher you'd think I'd be able to find at least one kid who could answer some of these questions but NO they only comics they read on their own are Anime titles. I have been able to convince a few of them to read essential Batman, Alan Moore titles and I have a class set of Maus that we read in English class. :)

    Flashpoint was the last thing that happened prior to the September 2011 relaunch.

    As far as I can tell, the only part of Flashpoint that is nu52-relevant is the two page scene at the end of Flashpoint 5 where Pandora does her thing. Of course there may be Flash or Batman subplots from the story that are referenced in the series. If so, I'm wrong.

    I think you're right.

    I wonder what Pandora was implying when she said "they're coming" or something like that. I forget exactly, but she implied something that I don't think happened yet, maybe the Trinity War.
