Yeah, I think Skull pulls off what a lot of villains don't. In that appearance I think he actually came off kinda scary. Not just cool or bad @$$, but disturbing. To me, in terms of sheer effectiveness in that regard he was up there.

Indeed I would put a link to the Panel when he takes out Charles X's Brain, but I know some posters here may not like that, that hows Shocking it all was. No Remorse and a clear and to the point Vision that is Hate and Evil strait form the Nazi way of thinking at the Height of World War 2. Now that is Dangerous, can the the present World Face an evil like that again?

Finally,Dr Octopus is in spotlight right now.He deserved that number 1 spot.He is Spiderman's Dr Doom.

THIS. How does Mr. Sinister NOT make the list??? He was awesome. As was Unit, but he didn't do anywhere near as much as Mr. Sinister.

I'd like to add Doom because of his appearance in Hickman's Fantastic Four and FF. But I wish Marvel did a special mini or something since last year was the 50th anniversary since his first appearance in Fantastic Four #5. They cancelled the one that was going to be drawn by Becky Cloonan

That was Old Loki. Kid Loki was good all along, it was Old Loki who was playing a long game and ultimately won. Just for JIM #465, I think he should've made the list. It was pretty brutal.

Agreed. It takes a special kind of character to be able to pull off the biggest douche-bag moment ever in his own redemption story arc. To a younger version of himself. Yey Loki!

I really think Dr.Doom was not a big villain this year.
