It was a pretty dangerous hit. Could have been a lot worse than it was.

Good win by the Penguins last night and two great goals from Pascal Dupuis. Craig Adams was super lucky clearing the puck the way he did to get that empty net goal.

Interesting article about the NHL realignment

So the Leafs are coming back to reality. The Oilers can't win on a consistent basis and the Rangers are terrible despite having a line-up that should be doing better.

I wonder what the trade day deadline will be like.

It's kind of crazy that a team with as much history as the Penguins has not had a goaltender that has ever reached 50 shutouts.

WOW! Corey Perry and Ryan Getzlaf are pretty much signed for life with the Ducks! Good move on Ducks' part, keeping those two. They have great chemistry.

Surprising considering the depth of talent they have had in goal on and off since the 70s. If anyone is going to get to 50 I hope it will be Marc-André Fleury. Would be great to see him stay a Penguin throughout his career as long as he performs and I can see him surpassing some of Tom Barrasso's other records as well.

Pens are really on fire right now. Their penalty killing is phenomenal and their back up goalie Tomas Vokoun is playing like a champ. He's adding a couple shut outs to his record recently. Really exciting time to be a Pens fan.

James Neal Hat-Trick! What an exciting game to end the regular season with.
