Two games in to the season (insert eye roll here), and the Sabres are a much different team than they were last season.

Looking back, the running of Miller will turn out to be a turning point for the Sabres franchise. Steve Ott is a Giant pain in the ass but a guy you want on your team. Scary team to play.

Do I want the Sabres to be a legitimate Cup contender? Yes. Do I want Buffalo to be a franchise other teams don't look forward to playing? You bet your ass.

120 career shutouts for Marty Brodeur, that's impressive. Devils look in good form.

My boys, the Edmonton Oilers, got shallacked by San Jose! San Jose...the one team that's great in the regular season, but utterly mediocre in the playoffs.
