HA! I thought your analysis is very fair, actually. I still love it (but I love Wiccan; and it was his and Wanda's story); but remember my only objection was that you believed it was "generally considered bad" which is was not; I think most agree it's average to excellent.

Either way THRILLED you read it (since, good or bad, it's important to several characters).

Well put. The O'Malley variant is awesome. Even seems to have inspired some variation on the America Chavez cosplaying.

Odds are a bunch of my friends and I are doing closet cosplay based on that cover. Expect dissapointment, because there is NO WAY my chest will be a delicious as Marvel Boy's.

I mean, does anyone remember the dude was a space diplomat? Sure, he was a hothead but that would just make it interesting.
He was a space diplomat? Morrison refers to him as a warrior in Marvel Boy, and he also has a girlfriend so he must have some kind of relationship needs.

I'm sure he's doing more than hanging out in orbit and 'boinking humans'.
I know Kevin Nichols through a guy that knows a gal. Small world!

If nihilism didn't take some delight in destruction one might suspect nihilists were an unnaturally morbid sort.

Not a surprise. Humans usually want to go see distant worlds and galaxies, and aliens always end up falling in love with Earth because it's so quaint. Like a lakeside cabin with a porch-swing.
