Oh my god.
This is the last issue Brubaker will write for Bucky Barnes... the guy who elevated him from being dead to being an amazing and endearing character that got me into the cap mythos...
Thank you Mr. Brubaker.
Steve Rogers: You ready to follow Captain America into the jaws of death?
James Barnes: Hell, no! The little guy from Brooklyn who was too dumb not to run away from a fight. I'm following him."
It's going to be okay. I think.
Trust that there are good things in store for Bucky. Steve's not doing too bad right now. I'm sure Bucky will be fine. Right?
I'm just hoping I don't have a full on blubbering moment like I did with his last issue of Cap. There's no 'few more issues of Winter Soldier' to cushion the blow this time.
Freedom is the ability to live without fear of persecution. Nothing more, and certainly nothing less.

Very bittersweet. Brubaker's done more justice to this character than anyone else in the industry today ever could.
Hope Bru goes out guns blazing with this issue, but then again, that's a given.
GOOD LUCK, BRU!
