Team Shounen is pretty clearly rather high level, in either universe, though not as great a deal as an all-stars JLA/Avengers line-up.

Lots more superspeed than the minor teams in either universe tends to spam, lots of firepower, some decently high strength, but lacking in certain departments (tech and telepathy) from what I know.
