Blue goes to one Michael Joseph Patrick Carpenter.

Black goes to Heinrich Kemmler, who is the most powerful character in the setting believed to be dead. It also fits theme-wise. Otherwise, Mavra.

Plenty of candidates for Yellow.

Violet... maybe Tera West? It certainly is not getting within a thousand kilometers of the Raiths and the SS rings aim to interest people with tragic loves in their background.

Red... Titania. She really wants a piece of Dresden because of Aurora, despite her knowing that it had to be done. Emotion over reason and bloody retribution, rather than mindless rage are how the Reds were presented originally.

Green. Not exactly lacking in potential candidates, besides Dresden who is a pretty obvious one.

Orange. Lord Raith would fit well. Alternatively, Nemesis since that one really seems to want it all.

Indigo... Not sure.

This could work but how about Justine? At least before Turn Coat...not sure if the ring would consider her a good candidate after then.

Indigo...baring that animal like characters have had rings before although not sure where he'd keep it...would seem to fit Mouse after some consideration. Lots of compassionate guarding of Harry, Molly and even Mister to a certain extent given by dogs to cats.

As of right now, Dresden is the only living character that qualifies for a Black (and therefore White) ring, and I doubt he's interested.

Plenty of people qualify for Indigo, but I actually think Helen Beckit would be the best choice.

Butters almost died once as well. And I agree about Helen, she would make a good Indigo.

Blue is hope, but that's close enough to faith. Anyone who wields, or has wielded one of the swords might qualify for blue. And since all Black Courts are technically dead zombie vampires, any of them could qualify for Black.

If Ferrovax shares classic dragon archetypes, he gets the Orange ring.

Red could go to one of the bestial Denarians, but I suspect all the ones who'd suit it are currently sans host.
