The first arc is more then likely going to lead into the second arc. That said if the mole is any good at being a mole it won't get caught until much later on in the series. The reader will probably be the only person to find out the identity of the traitor.

I guess it's all dependant on how the first arc is resolved. We haven't seen any of the new members in the second arc artwork (although then again, there's only been like 1 picture).

Calling it now: the final page reveal in Uncanny #1 will be Magneto shown talking to Prof. Xavier.

I'm not even joking--it could be his astral ghost. And together they will try to "save" Scott from his dark path. (Which is foolish, because #cyclopswasright )

Actually, you may be on to something. Bendis likes to grab references from the movies. When movie Xavier was killed, he transferred his memories on to a hospital patient in a coma. He could have pulled off a similar stunt

Interesting thought, but an unknown body could make for a tricky shocking reveal if we don't recognize him. I'd give him going all Obi-Wan Kenobi Force ghost the better odds.

They could throw in his astral form or something behind the meat-bag to show that it's Xavier.

I don't get it, i'm still confused about the release dates. Why does it say four issues in 4 months if only one is set for March? It's #1 and #2 in February, 3# in March... three, not four. Then 4# and 5# in April

Well bendis stated Scott is on the hard road to redemption, and fallen into villainy so I'm thinking the first couple arcs will setup more for cykes fall then redemption since cyke doesn't give off the hint he's feeling in a bad place
