    Marvel Legends style 6" figures. The Venom figure is from the Spider-Man 3 movie line. Hasbro had the license at the time. Spider-Man was from the Spider-Man classics line, which was put out by Toy Biz. Neither of them are still available unless you want to pay secondary market prices.
