I'm looking forward to this. As to the comment
While some readers may find Francavilla's use of narrative caption boxes excessive, there is no denying their effectiveness in adding depth to the character as his action sequences progress.
I don't mind the idea of it . . . makes it sound like old-school detective story mode. (Just as long as the narrator doesn't sound like Gail Simone's New 52 Batgirl . )

I liked the narration boxes, I felt they really gave it that classic comic feel that fit really well with the tone of the book.

That said, I think I liked the Night Shift story a little better, as I liked the supernatural spin it had, but still this was a great book to read.

Thumbed through this on the shelf and nearly got it.

The more narration the better in this day and age of decompression writing imo. Seems appropriate narration is a lost art by and large. Reading comments about that alone is another reason I should go back and get it.

Actually just picked issue #0 and this up and loved it. I really enjoy pulp characters. Loved the story and of course the art. Looking forward to the next issue.
