I'm guessing she went part-time/adjunct. Logan can handle both some teaching and being an Avenger (and a zillion other things), Rogue should be able to too.

It's more than likely Storm because during one of the previous issues when O5 Beast asked who was in charge it was Storm and Wolverine who replied, why else would Storm reply if she wasn't given the title. Now whether her being Headmistress will factor into anything , we'll have to wait and see. But it's been said her duties at the school and her duties with X-force would come to head.
