Well.... looks like he have a new spider girl.... who's a mutant as well
Visited NY and DC and saw Spider-Man Turn off the Dark.
Two things to consider here, one, can Wolverine actually smell Otto? I know it sounds odd but can he, given his sense, sniff out if it's Peter? I know it's Peter's body but I assume that Peter and Otto might not share some habits, like him wearing a different deoderent or something. Two, if Wolverine does figure out its Otto, how does he prove it?
Oh and count me as one who thought the dead lady at the end looked like Aunt May.
Who are Spider-Man's Greatest Villains? Find out here!
And the powers that be at Marvel did say that Mephisto is still a part of Spider-Man's world for a reason: To use Peter Parker for his own amusement in the same manner as the all powerful Q towards Star Trek's Captain Picard.

The monster saved them all. And in their fear, they betrayed him. As they always have. As they always will.

I really enjoyed this issue, and the characterization of Spock (much more 'earnestly trying to be a hero than in SSM').
One thing that I liked was the fact that it was explicitly pointed out that a psychic would be trouble. I'm glad it was addressed instead of totally ignored. And it also gives a built in way for people to realize it's not Peter.
I think it would be cool (and it's already kind of seeming this way from solits) if they take the book in the direction of: 'The MU knows something is clearly up with Spock, and the noose is tightening, so he's always watching his back/trying to weasel out of situations as things deteriorate for him' because other heroes want answers. At least for a limited time anyway.
Plus it looks like Peter and MJ are getting back together
Also did you ever watch that episode of TNG it called tapersy. It was about how the fouly of youth makes you into the person your are today.
here is a brief opinionated look at that show
