Worst Submarine Movie

It is conventional wisdom that there are no bad movies about Submarines. I think I have seen most of them and found this to be largely true. We could easily talk about what was the best Submarine movie (Das Boot, Hunt for Red October, Run Silent, Run Deep, etc...) But out of all the good movies, which was the worst, the least of the best as it were.

My vote goes to Ice Station Zebra, a so-so cold war movie with some good Sub parts but a weak and poorly executed climax. (with deference to Howard Hughes)

What was the name of that one that recently came out about a WWII sub being haunted?

That one kind of sucked.

Below. I didn't think it was bad, not very good, but not bad and worth watching.
It was by David Twohy who did the Riddick movies.

I don't think i ever saw a bad one. They probably don't have a really bad ones because of the budget that is required for fiming on a sub and the military might have some standards.

C'mon, you've never seen a very bad big budget movie? They are legion.
I am not asking for a bad one, I am agreeing that they are all good to some degree.
But of all the good Sub movies, which is the least good? The worst of the best if you will.
