What was

The 2006 season finale "Army of Ghosts"/"Doomsday" featured a squad of four Dalek survivors from the old Empire, known as the Cult of Skaro, led by a black Dalek named "Sec", that had survived the Time War by escaping into the Void between dimensions. They emerged, along with a Time Lord prison vessel containing millions of Daleks, at Canary Wharf due to the actions of the Torchwood Institute and Cybermen from a parallel world..

INSTEAD

In 2013 a squad of four Dalek survivors from the old Empire, known as the Cult of Skaro, led by a black Dalek named "Sec", that had survived the Time War by escaping into the Void between dimensions. They emerged, along with a Time Lord prison vessel containing millions of Daleks, at Blüdhaven due to the actions of Lex Luthor and Brainiac.

They are on DC earth for 3 days before Lex escapes and warns the Justice league. (they decide what help to call in)

Can the Daleks be stopped? (this is current DCU)

I guess it comes down to whether the Flash, and Superman have a chance at stopping them

Well grab and chuck into space wont work. Dont know if they will get thru their shields, and how long their shields can with stand Dalek weapons

Unless the Lanterns were nerfed along everyone else in the 'Nu' DC revamp I don't see any Dalek being able to do a damned to anything but the most clueless of rookie GLs.

Nah, the Lantern-verse is basically a continuation of the pre-nu52 Lantern-verse (which makes NO sense, but.... Meh. DC continuity. Whatcha gonna do?).

I cannot see that the Daleks have anything at all to stop Clark or Barry. Even Cyborg with the Boom Tube could be tricky. (Heh. Daleks on Apokolips is an awesome idea for a very short story.)

NuSupes can bench the Earth. I really don't think Dalek lasers can affect him. The guns from the Parallel Torchwood were able to destroy a Dalek rather easily as well.
