Is Kenshi better than a mid-tier bullet-timer with fairly awesome fighting skills, limited reading/precog, ability to sense weakpoints in massively durable foes/structures and high-end pressure-point skills? If so, him, if not, Matt.

I don't think Kenshi has too many feats but he does have TK which he learned from Ermac IIRC. Still being in a fighting game means he lacks many (if any) feats

Well, if he's not a BT'er, he's getting a billy-club through the eyesocket before he can TK anything.

It seems that the main reason Kenshi can fight at all, is because of his enchanted katana which houses the souls of his swordsman ancestors. It's these souls that serve as his 'eyes'. I think Kenshi's only reported edge over an average fighter, is his teke. He doesn't really do much beyond telekinesis and katana swordsmanship.
