He'd probably do better then Goku. Ranma is a pretty serious martial arts genius; sure, Goku isn't a sloth in that department either, but he doesn't improvise as well as Ranma does.

Also, I do see him killing Vegeta and Freiza, he'd see the threat in letting them live. I'm not sure about Gohan and Goten existing though, assuming Ranma settles down with someone in his new home, him having kids and them growing up to be Z Figthers is an unknown, and with Vegeta dead for understandable reasons, Bulma's likely either stays with Yamcha or moves on, thus, Trunks, Future Trunks, and Bra aren't born.

Overall, there will likely be less half saiyans running, assuming there are any in the first place; would you like for me to tell you if Ranma still has his curse in place?
