Sure, but Jem is truly outrageous! Truly!
I am blown that cancellation numbers were 100,000 copies. It's amazing how well books sold back then.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!

Stick the catguy with the catgirl, just because they're cats. That's so felinist!

Seriously, they would make a horrible couple. Hank needs a fellow brain.

Tigra does seem to have a thing for animal themed scientists named Hank.

When did "one" become a thing? If anything, Tigra's thing is that she doesn't have a thing. She goes for almost anyone-- Pym, Simon, Balkatar, Cage, random guys, maybe even Stark and Moon Knight.

on that note (and back to Tigra), Bendis said that Pym should be executed. he repeatedly had his characters voice disdain for Hank. so the only proof that i need to state that Bendis didn't respect Tigra is point to the pairing. why would he have Tigra basically return to Pym (and it really makes her seem like a loser to return to someone she once dumped) if he liked and/or respected her?

When she first showed up in FF Tigra flirted a lot with Ben. That would be an interesting romance. But even the rebuilding in AA didn't really help her after Bendis got through with her.

It might have been better to have had Tigra as a member of the Secret Avengers and working alongside Hank McCoy as her partner. Those two would make for a great team together, as well as the chemistry that they might share.

I doubt that she was raped by the Hood's gang since that was never even alluded to.

I also don't remember Bendis pairing Luke and Tigra together unless you're referring to House of M Avengers which was written by Christos Gage.

Seems rather weird to just bandie her about like this. I remember when I first found out about her with an old Avengers cartoon. I aways thought she was rather cool and an interesting character. Shame people don't know how to use her and her stories.

She's yet another example of why lady Avengers should not be having kids.
