As time goes on, I like the suit more.

There are many good elements in it. The S is a great throwback to the Golden Age, The Boots are as they should be and the cape though a touch to long for my liking is great. It's the dark color of the Blue and of course lack of any break in the middle that sinks the suit IMO.

I will say that I do like this suit 1000 time more then the New 52 Suit which makes me want to punch someone repeatedly in the face.

The suit does have a sort of regal dignity to it. Much better than the Superman Returns suit. The color of the cape is nice and bright and the shield is nice and large.

This is pretty nice. Like Lex, I prefer this costume to the Nu52 version. I really like the retro sytle "S". It does need a bit more to break up all that blue. Perhaps if they made those design elements on the torso a brighter yellow or something. The piece is a really nice scuplt though. It looks good. Kind of funny though that of all the Superman costume redesigns they've done lately, the Nu52 version they went with to be the final version for the comics is by far the weakest.

I actually like a long flowing cape on Superman. When it's too small, it has a tendancy to look like he's wearing a towel.

The color of blue actually looks good to my eye, and I absolutely love the boots and this version of the "S". The middle section of the suit is a little off putting, but I don't mind the trunks being gone. If they would have had the designs around the "belt" be red, that would have broken things up properly in terms of the color scheme.

The New 52 suit looks good depending on the artist, but I do agree the other alternate Superman suits, especially the SMALLVILLE season 11 one and this one are both much more in the spirit of Superman than the New 52 version. I will still always prefer the classic, but I could live with one of those others as the main suit.

Well, it's a good thing he has super-hearing so no one has to speak up.
