And didn't Jean say no though? Do people think knowing a woman is attracted to you means you can go ahead and harass her whether shes attracted to you or not? And what the hell does age have to do with anything? Xavier is a lot younger than Logan and his one thought was creepy and Jean is maybe only a couple years older here.

Again its left unclear. She says no but he says her heart is beating fast so the feeling must be mutual. Then the scene cuts to Warren and Storm flying with Angel flirting and dropping innuendos then he comes across Warren and Jean and he attacks. Yes Warren is a presumptuous snob when it comes to Logan but what I said did happen. Fact: Jean said no. Everything else is left open for interpretation but since he's the resident X-Men bad boy heartthrob it gets glossed over while the stupid Xavier thing gets dredged up. Maybe if I get the energy I'll drag out the comics and post some scans later.

Isn't this all just fear and fantasy?
She'd rather not believe the boy she loves will grow up to be an alleged terrorist, alongside the terrorist she's known and fought previously? And with the flood of "history" she's been telepathically made privy to, she's got various emotions/experiences/angles of what she knows coming to a head in a dream.
Wolverine, the violent man willing to kill her because of the Phoenix power, etc etc.

Just because she knows what her future holds, doesn't mean she has the same emotional connection to it as the Jean who experienced all of it. She's going to respond in unexpected ways, I'd say.
