I was thinking that too! But she doesn't have spikes on her spine... I looked it up on ComicVine and the people named Porcupine don't appear to be mutants, but there are two mutants named Quill:

Spike could be cool, maybe Marrow as well. Yes I know she sort of popped up and was killed in the sinister arc, but Psylocke is back now so why stop there.
