Look at that goddamn troll face Slott does on that preview
Interesting. I wonder if this will be an entire arc.

Wouldn't be surprised if its just someone in 2012 named Miguel O'Hara.
But we'll see what happens.
Maybe he'll take over the title when Peter gets his body back.
Nightcrawler, Jean Grey, Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker, Professor X, Mar-Vell, Richard Rider- Bring Them Back!!!
I do think it could eventually turn out to be important that Peter said when he thought he had Ock beat in 700 that he would have to stop being Spider-Man afterwards...AND that was before Ock started doing all the terrible stuff he's working on ruining now.
Seeing a 616 version of Miguel pop up and turn hero at the end of Superior and taking on that moniker of the "superior" more futuristic version of Spider-Man could be pretty interesting.
It's what I was originally hoping for and hey, if the book sells well, they don't have to cancel it once Peter and Amazing is back, they could just give it to Miguel.
Or Kaine if his book gets cancelled (I'm hoping it doesn't but hell, you never know in this market)
I'm beginning to think that Hell is a comic book forum.

Not reading Superior(hate Doc Ock), but I will be keeping my eyes open for this Miguel arc.
Favorites: Fearless Defenders* New Avengers* Bloodshot* Shadowman* Archer & Armstrong
Might just be Miguel investigating why Spider-Man's legacy suddenly became ruined.
(assuming Dan treats 2099 like it's the real future instead of just an alternate universe)
I'm beginning to think that Hell is a comic book forum.

Didn't Slott write the story for Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions? Because, although he looked cool, I did not get the sense that the Spider-Man 2099 of that game in any way resembled the character from the 90s comic. If that's how Slott is going to write him, as a faux wannabe Peter Parker, then no thank you.
It would be interesting, I hope that somehow helps Peter to return.
