Speculating, but the obvious reason is that she needs to have it on her for story reasons so she can use it on the island. It might seem dumb on SWORDs part, but you could imagine their base is so advanced it had dampers in place that meant her equipment was useless while she was on board.

It's not a problem for me but I can imagine maybe for certain readers it would completely destroy their suspension of disbelief and be another black mark against this title.

Hahahahahahaha! Another blemish on an already horrible series! (kidding I love this book)

Arcade could've set up false leads for everyone that's looking for the kids. We won't know til it's revealed though.

It should be noted that Drax is NOT dead anymore. Thanos appeared to have escaped from the Cancer-Universe, as seen in Avengers Assemble, and as such, Chronos "spell" or what-have-you have resurrected him once more.

As long as there is a Thanos, Drax cannot die. This is actually one of his powers. But he's got no idea she's on Earth, and may have stopped searching for her, with all that has happened to him and his family the last two MU-years.

This is my personal choice for a new Darkhawk if Chris doesn't get his amulet back.

Maybe this book could spin-off into a new New Warriors or something.

Yeah, Cammi, Justin or Chase in that order would be my choices for a new Darkhawk. As for the "Night Stalker" I think it's Apex. When rereading issue 2 I noticed she said "Good Girl" when Death Locket accidentally blasted Hazmat with her gun-arm. She might have the power to control machines, and since Ryker is half-machine she might start making her do her dirty work.

Finally after waiting so many years after Annihilation to find out what happened with Cammi. And it's great to see Marvel acknowledging her connection to Drax. Now with Drax back in an ongoing and Cammi in an ongoing, it's only a matter of time before they're reunited, hopefully. (I understand a lot would have to happen for this, but I'm optimistic.)

I had the same thought. She may turn out to be the Apex Predator. :) I also don't believe either Justin or Darkhawk were killed. I think the Sentinel folding around Justin was a defensive action. The robot thing could be Apex pet testing defenses and taking out armor/mechanical opponents she matches up well with. The attack on "her" camp ( with no witnesses) simply a ploy to avoid suspicion. :)
