First x book I started buying in 10 years
So I finally read Legacy. And it is very good. Hmm. Thanks X-board.![]()
I think a lot of people (myself included) are/were hesitant to give this book a chance because of Legion. They either don't like the character or don't know much about him.
But that's what makes this book so good. Spurrier is crafting a fantastic story around this character, not to mention the characterization he's giving Legion himself.
Top 10:Cyclops. Nightcrawler. Magik. Juggernaut (Cain Marko). Magneto. Hulk. Mr.Sinister. Emma Frost. Legion. Dr. Nemesis.

I wonder why they (cbr) haven't reviewed this comic yet. I'm been wondering what they would say about it.
I've never had a signaure before. This is pretty rad.
That eyeball monster has to be Blindfold's previously mentioned brother since he's all eyeballs and she's got none. Glad to see a writer picking up that plot thread.
But that's just one reason to love this awesome book! I really like Spurrier's unique writing here and he's managed to make Legion into a great character when he used to be a plot device only. Loved how he wrote all the characters, I even liked his Storm and Beast both of whom I've grown tired with and the way he made Legion kick Logan's ass! That's been long awaited! (Few years ago I wouldn't have said that probably) But this book with it's characters and writing is just incredible! It's one of my favorites alongside AoA title
Don't mess with the X-Men!!!
i f***ing LOVED this issue!!!
one of the bests around, and not a single double-page splash, we really are getting as many panels as we can with fabolous art!!
loved Blindfold costume, she finally looks like a kid! or teenager i guess, but she isn't sexualized or anything.
watching Ruth kissing her supposed "arch enemy", oh my god!!
i finally realized what i love so much about this book: it's totally unpredictable!!!
unlike other Marvel NOW books!
thanks so much Mr. Spurrier!!
