Just to isolate this, I am not sure if this is true. Lucifer went to the lengths he did to create his cosmos because he wanted it to be be completely separate from Yahweh's creation. And using Michael was needed because only his Demiurgic power could create something out of nothing. Franklin created universes inside of pre-existing ones-- given Lucifer's mulitversal reality warping, in his own creation and that of God's, I wouldn't put that much past him.

Ok, but what specifically could he do to Lucifer? What type of prep did he show in the event you're speaking of that would be affective against him? Are you talking about him stopping the reality bomb? Disabling machines or tech or outsmarting smart, but stupid villains and such things sure he can deal with, but Lucifer is a guy who'd treat a multiversal collapsing event as a minor inconvenience.

The OP actually says they have to be weaker then Lucifer individually. Debates aside on whether or not Lucifer is equal to the LT, I definitely don't think the LT is weaker. Likewise while I don't think a full powered Spectre could beat him I don't think he'd be weaker either.

I actually don't think any team mentioned in this thread could pull this off. Maybe the team with Reed and the UN, but even that seemed debatable. Protege was mentioned, but not on a specific team. Plus if he can copy the powers of a being like LT he might not qualify as weaker then Lucifer.

Spectre did fight Michael fairly evenly for awhile before losing. So he's not above Lucifer but he will put up a good fight.

Lucifer and Michael are about even powerwise. Considering what Spectre's usual powerlevel is, that would be a really good showing for him.
