But I get that they're playing up Simonson's history with Thor. It just seems like an odd switch from Yu.

From what I see in that teaser image im guessing they are trying to match the art style of Waid's Daredevil.

I mean he's only one of the greatest comic-book artists of all time, and someone who should play beautifully well with Mark Waid's style.
So I don't see why anyone would greet this news poorly.

But I really like Leinel Yu too.

but the Art he did in the AVX tie in issues of Avengers where simply AWFUL.

And the saddest thing is i would totaly pic this arc up, to see the thor connection and such.

regardless they better as F##K not have the Hulk easily defeat thor again

Well according to this info, it looks like Simonson is taking over for Leinil Yu on Indestructible Hulk in time for an arc involving Thor.
