The different "classes" of Uber is one of the best ideas in this title. I did have problems with issue #0 in that a lot of the characters looked very similar, but I guess that's always a problem with the Nazi Aryan look.

Interested in anything Gillen does
Comics were happier before the Internet turned writing superhero stories into fruitless attempts to impress/entertain a small group of ppl who appear to hate comics and their creators.
Grant Morrison
Uber #1 was better than the #0 issue, but i will be dropping this book now.
Why are you dropping it if you are the book improving? Just wondering what your reason is?
I am surprised about the mixed reviews. I thought the book was great as it offered a darker and different look at ww2 and does not seem to be that the "good guys" will win. After reading Gillen's backmatter I am more excited for issue 2 and will be continuing. I feel like this will be an interesting read as the characters seem compelling in a way where you may not like them personally but want to see what happens and what they do next. I need to track down the 0 issue somewhere.
Does anyone know how long the series is planned for?
Not really familiar with Gillen has done previously because I don't read superhero comics. Avatar is my favorite publisher so I'm going to give it a go, I can understand how the violence and gore can turn some people off though.
So can you buy this comic online? I only buy my comics online anymore.
lasraik, check out his X-Men run.
I love 'Murrica but I'm glad to see it sit out of two whole issues for a change. I think it's respectful of Gillen to show that for one, Nazis weren't pushovers and two, evil comes in many shades that cover both sides of the fence. How this fictional account reconciles with the history he's very clearly studied remains to be seen; it's far too soon to call this story a Nazi victory.
"Give me opera" was chilling as hell... wish I could meet those dudes at the Phoenix Comic Con.
"Superman, are you really gonna let those drug dealers get away?"
"You bet! See, I'm right HERE, while they... are over THERE."
