That brought us the unauthorized Deluxe Comics (which I also already had) and the Boris the Bear & Thunder Bunny appearances.

Since I have all of the DC Archive volumes for the original Thunder Agents, the JC Comics, Deluxe Comics series, & the two more recent DC series, this batch brings me one comic short of all of their non-reprint appearances (that one being Omni Comix #3 from Penthouse publishing, that mycomicshop didn't have). I know others have set more impressive goals of full or large runs of comics like Batman or Amazing Spider-Man, but this was an interest that was more achievable for me.
Neat -- some of those I didn't know about; I happen to have the same goal. Till seeing the pictured comics (of which I own only the JC mag & I think the Solson #1-&-only), I though I lacked only #s 2 & 5 of the Deluxe series, which tend to be a bit pricier than the other issues, for whatever reason. Oh, & a couple of issues of the last DC mini (looks like IDW now has the rights).

I've now got 1/2 of the Blue Bole Weird Tales run, likely Cole's most popular. Of the whole run I've really wanted this one most, with "The Creature in the Fens" cover, as it makes me think of Fenway Park. ;)

I think the last Pop Teen-Agers 11 in 4.0 - 4.5 (last year) went for over 2 bills. I was STUNNED, so I didn't feel bad snagging this one.

I've watched your collection accrue over the years on these boards, and I've been impressed and inspired! Nice job. Collecting Blue Bolt and Cole seems out of my league, so I appreciate this virtual collection.

I really love it when something that is not a household name gets this level of appreciation. It must really be beautiful to see all these fine issues together. Are you going to put some in wall frames or find a way to share them with others?

If only the creature looked a bit more like Dick "Monster Man" Radatz ...

I bought the TwoMorrows Thunder Agent Companion online last fall, which had a checklist and in depth discussions of the varous revival attempts (excepting the DC series), so I guess they get the credit/blame for inspiring me. I decided to pursue it because it seemed reasonably obtainable, and I've had a soft spot for the characters since I picked up the Deluxe issues off the stands. The six I got were pretty cheap, half were under a dollar. The magazine size issue was the priciest at about $7. All together, with shipping, was less than $20.

I really need to get that Companion; I'm somewhat surprised that I haven't yet done so. I've been partial to the characters ever since I happened to pick up the final (pretty much, if not entirely, all-reprint) issue of the original Tower series off the spinner racks when I was a kid.

My copy of the B&W mag was dirt cheap, but it's also pretty beaten up.

ID:	107701 This may not be considered classic but its an out of print extremely rare TPB. its based on the Video game streets of rage. and the Paperback was never released in the states. its from UK, you can only get the Story in the states if you bought the sonic the hedghog comic books individually that had the streets of rage storyline at the end of each of the sonic books. its hard to find. I was lucky I got my hands on one off of ebay afew weeks ago for only $5.00. it was one of those ebay stores that has hundres of thousands of books that arent mainly related to comics and they happened to have this one. they didnt know what they had apparently. I tried adding it to my collection in comic collectorz, and its not even in there. maybe cause its an import. who knows.

Thanks! Arrived this morning, my BLUE BOLT #104! Not a horror cover, but a more sci-fi cover I believe I posted a while back. WOOHOO!
