Keep in mind that Salvador Larroca is also very popular. And as well received as Coipel has been, he hasn't had nearly as much on-going titles that writers like Ivan Reis or Jim Lee has had and therefore not nearly as much exposure.

If you think Coipel alone will be enough to sell this book then you're mistaken.
