Favorite Walking Dead Character

and why? I know this is probably a recurring thread around comic forums but I'm new and I'd like to hear everyone's opinions and see what's up with CBR's TWD community. :) Also because.. fun.

Mine is Rick Grimes, by a long shot. I think he's one of the most interesting characters in comics. He's so flawed, but yet you understand every single decision he makes. I would stand beside Rick during the zombie apocalypse, without question.

Also, I'm only talking about comics right now. If it was TV show I would've added Daryl and Merle.

Comic Andrea is by far my favorite. Love the strong female characterization and unlike Michonne I feel like she actually has a personality and motivations beyond survival.

But seriously, I think Andrea is the best female character in the comic, and has been for quite awhile. I've always felt Michonne was a bit overrated, and I'm not sure why. Is it because fans thought she survived the prison story arc like a trooper, or is it merely because she's like Elektra with those swords? Regardless, I think she lacks personality and while her death would still put a dent in Team Grimes, I'd keep reading without an issue.

And the feds probably should keep an eye on whoever voted for Negan. ;)

lol I actually had both of those but decided to go with Axel and Jesus. But really who's gonna pick freaking Lori and Maggie? Maggie's pretty much a wimp that relies on Glenn (hopefully we'll see differently) and Lori a bitch. :/

I'm going to blame Kirkman on that one since he made Rick, Negans bitch.

But I'm hoping this Negan thing is almost over because Negan, he just doesn't carry the story like the Governor did. The Governor was complex, twisted, and his cult leader like personality gave him an edge.. But Negan, he's like a cornball Mad Max bad guy.
