My various sons have gone through periods of reading TinTin, Asterix, Disney ducks, Crumb, Clowes, but apart from Schwartz-edited superman books, never enjoyed any superhero books.
The oldest and youngest of my daughters are Fable fanatics. The younger one also likes Castle Waiting, Life with Archie and Eric Shanower's Oz titles. Another daughter is insistent that all the DC Animated Series titles go to her upon my death, even though she quit reading comics years ago. The fourth daughter is uninterested. They all enjoy Neil Gaiman's books but have expressed little interest in his comics work. The oldest has read a lot of Alan Moore's work as well. When they were younger Patty Cake & Friends was a favorite. The oldest also liked Elfquest when she was a teen but has little interest in it now.

My son, 14, is really into Spiderman and will pick up a book whenever we're at the library, the same to a slightly lesser degree with Batman. He's more into the films and cartoons though. His favourite comic by far is Nemi, he's got pretty much all the collected versions of that.

My daughter, 12, likes The Simpsons comics but isn't really interested in any of the others.
