I don't know...I'm drunk.
i AGREE. she's probably constantly in a state of body flux because of the terrible letdown being an X-Person has been. It's a cycle. She already had body dysmorphia to begin with, then she started drinking- which causes weight gain, became a manic depressive because of it, and then started binge drinking (and eating) to feel better.
Paige is the X-Man that, as a girl, was DYING to be a mutant. literally she gave god an ultimatum that if he didn't make her one she would rip off her own skin- and in that moment her powers developed. Her hero was her brother, and by association she thought herself an X-man before she even knew she was a mutant. Being a member of Gen-X, the hands down most screwed over class, must have been pretty heartbreaking for her. She's lost a couple of siblings to the X-men, mentors who failed her, etc. I don't think anyone had higher hopes of what being part of the team meant, than Paige.

She can't even admit she's drunk. She's in denial. Another sign.
This is after soaking her head in a tub full of vodka.

I wonder if the other Cuckoos should help her. It's odd that her own sisters sort of shun her away all the time.
such a pity. they have really done a great job of turning husk into a real joke lately.
jesus, Bachalo, what happened to you?! GenX may have been the most screwed over class but they got the luxury of being penciled by Bachalo at the top of his game.

She's clearly at the point of alcohol induced psychosis. If this were a battle I'd say moonshine solos.
Two tons of fun
