    I'm going to go with Keiichi here; he has plenty of advantages over Baki in that;

    -He has different ranged attacks, not limited to the intestine-destroying Kaioken, ground-tracing brain-destroying waves, and several other things
    -He has actual groundfighting skills, and he is as quick on the ground as he is on his feet
    -He is considerably quicker than Baki, and has evasion techniques specifically designed for high-speed projectiles(Arrow Slide, Bullet Slide)
    -IF he is now on Seiko's level or higher(implied by his Grandfather) then he has a bullet timer's hand speed; fast enough to catch bullets inches from his face without evading.

    Now Baki has, in order to counter these things,

    -The Cockroach Dash
    -The Sonic Fist
    -Damage Soak
    -He has much greater strength
    -Elements of every martial art he's encountered

    I think he's going to get blitzed, honestly. Keiichi is a very smart fighter, and when he figures out that he's not going to be Baki's match in brute force he's going to take it to a technical fight and lock Baki up in positions where he can't use his strength; Kiba could bodyslam a light helicopter easily, and Kiibo took him to the wire during his youth. The older, more complete Keiichi IMHO would take Baki apart. IF, and I say IF he doesn't fall for Baki trying to bait him into a contest of pure strength.
