Repoire? You mean... The psychic rapport they shared? That was when Jean was alive, he never communicated with her after she died, with a couple of isolated exceptions.

After his merger with Apocalypse it was left severed except with a few tingles Jean got from it which led to "The Search for Cyclops" after Jean saved him Scott commented in Eve of Destruction that their psychic rapport no longer function perhaps because Jean didn't re-establish it. Although in New X-men Jean was able to sense Scott was in trouble in Tibet from the institute but that could of just been a function of her own Telepathy.

Celestialbodies is almost correct, but it wasn't that Jean didn't reestablish it. It was that Scott's mind rejected her. It happened during his impotence phase.
