Feels like this has been going on forever.

I am an avid Swamp Thing & Animal Man fan. I have followed their runs over the years and been introduced to many great things like Hellblazer, Sandman, and Books of Magic by following the connections. But yes, even as a die hard fan, this storyline feels a bit long at this point.

Snyder is being replaced on issue 19 of Swamp Thing by Charles Soule, who worked for Image.

I kinda want Lemire & Fawkes to take over Green Lantern after Johns is done. Oh, how I love Blackbriar Thorn. One of my all time favorites. I really hope Lemire does something amazing for him.

Well while the solicits say it ends in February, the March issues will be epilogues to the Rotworld event so it won't really be over till then. March will also see the end of Snyder/Yanick's run on Swampy and Charles Soule will be taking over writing duties in April, though no artist has been mentioned yet and given that both Yanick and Marco Rudy are done with Swampy, it'll be interesting to see who they pair Soule with. No details as to what Soule's direction will be on the book, but I'm sure we'll know more in the coming months.

With regards to Animal Man post-Rotworld, Lemire's mentioned on Twitter that he'll actually be having Black Orchid appear in Animal Man and presumably be about her past (probably to do with the Taproot project she mentioned a couple of issues ago in AM and Project Ascension seen in JLD 14 and maybe whatever/whoever Sunderland is that was also mentioned in that issue).

On Topic: I like the preview. Lemire certainly likes Blackbriar and it'll be interesting to see how this team takes him down with Deadman and Andrew Bennett having defeated him before. Also interested to see how this is advanced and hope to finally see who is guarding Arcane's fortress, but I would be lying to myself if I don't admit that I'm more eager to see new stories at this point and hope the Rot stuff once over isn't returned to for a LONG while.

Yep, it should/could have ended around #12. Still enjoying the book but hope most stories aren't quite this slowly paced.
