and a what if story where peter parker is galactus.(not sure if it counts cause i think galactus was just uncle ben's nephew, it wasnt parker himself)

But Captain Universe isn't a being. The Uni-Power just determines that you're needed and grants you the title.... somehow. But it's not alive per se.

Phoenix though, yeah. Definitely an entity in its own right.

This is my point really.

Whenever we've done composites in the past - literally whenever - we've included things like this.

Composite Buffy Summers, for example, gets her "Uber Buffy" feats which were a result of merging with Willow, Xander and Giles.

Essentially, Optimus gets the feats mentioned on the previous page and Spidey gets the CU feats.

Yeah, I doublechecked after posting that, and it was supposedly an artificial Phoenix Force made by Arcade of all people. I have no idea what its actual capabilities were supposed to be, (I think I actually have that issue somewhere, but have completely forgotten it.) but it still apparently gave him Phoenix-y abilities. I doubt he could eat stars like the real one, though.
