As long as it's a title that already includes the digital code, then yes, your subscription copy will include the code.

Yes, I get a few titles as subscription from Marvel. Since they started adding codes, all the 3.99 books have had the digital code in mine.
My only caveat for Marvel mailed subscriptions is don't do it if you're expecting a perfectly mint copy. I don't care, so it works great for me.
I've asked for replacements a couple times over the years when an issue is really bad, but most make it looking pretty good.
