I thought that was a little strange with the blood spraying thing. That was a good point that I didn't think about when reading that his DNA is everywhere now.

But it wasn't his blood itself they were spraying . . . his blood was used for the antibodies to create an antidote. I'm not sure if Bruce's blood / DNA could easily be separated out of the antidote.

Batman and his allies' DNA is all secure. Nightwing says so in either the second or third issue of the main Batman title. Plus, it wasn't just the blood getting poured over people. It was being filtered for the antibodies. I'd assume the antibodies would then be combined with whatever the current formula was, and it's the formula (plus Batman's antibodies) that's being dispersed over the city.
