Does Razputin even have any non-gameplay feats of note?
I'm struggling to think of anything that would enable him to attack Twilight from 100 feet away short of featless psyblasts. His shields could potentially reflect attacks back at Twilight, but that still leaves stuff like TK.
A big advantage to Twilight I think.

Also the in game powers he had didn't really seem massively impressive to me. Then again it's been a while since I've played. How's Raz compare to the PC's from Psi-Ops and Second Sight?
