omega is right. Namor is much stronger than hawkman. I belive faster as well. (i dont know how fast hawkman is) A pretty impressive speed feat for namor is the September 1990 issue number 6 (out of sight Out of mind) Where namor is talking to miss marrs.she tells him these a sea monster he has to fight and he flies off before she even finishes her sentence. (srrry cant find a scan and my camera doesn't work so i cant show it.....unless you can find the scan)

If Hawkman gets that stupid claw (though I don't think he has it in the Nu52), Namor gets stomped by a thing that can do stuff like casually turn off the Flash's anti friction aura, amongst a lot of other ridiculousness, his only hope being that he loves himself so much to invoke the Claw's lone weakness of true love based makeouts. And also to then abandon his dignity.

Is the Claw of Horus part of Hawkman's standard equipment?

Standard equipment for Hawkman would be the mace, and maybe the sword, shield, or flail. I think that the Claw of Horus has only shown up twice, so calling that standard equipment would be a stretch. Namor has used the Horn of Proteus more often, and that summons a freaking huge monster named Giganto.
