Thanos has displays of power way beyond that of the Surfer who is himself mighty impressive.

That aside though, since you think Galactus and the Surfer can physically hurt GR, you are not asserting that GR is immune to physical damage. What are GR's highest displays of shrugging off physical attacks?

The Flash can time-travel if I remember correctly, albeit I think that was with the cosmic treadmill.
