Bruce Wayne trained Dick Grayson. Nightwing may be younger but Bruce Wayne was trained by the League of Shadows. So Batman has the upper-hand in an even fight.

Sooooo.... a poll (which aren't allowed on Rumbles, but you may not have known this), and stacking the odds so much that it clearly favours one character (the one you're using as a username) over another in what would appear to be an intentional curbstomp (also not allowed).

With Dick able to fire off sonics or sundry other AoE attacks before Bruce could close the standard starting distance?

No.

Dick would destroy Bruce in this Rumble. Evenly matched, both with gadgetry etc? Hell yeah, Bruce wins. Comfortably. But in this? Not a chance.
