I read 106 books in 2012, which is a much higher number than I would've guessed. I won't list them all, but here's a breakdown -
4 by Leigh Brackett
4 Captain Future
8 Nero Wolfe
2 Agatha Christie
2 Executioner
5 Tarzan
10 John Carter
3 Doc Savage
3 Hunger Games
6 Doctor Who
7 The Spider
3 Ka-Zar (the original pulps)
2 Dray Prescott
4 Star Trek
3 Perry Mason
The other stuff included
Under the Andes, a lost race book by Rex Stout (if not a terribly good one; interesting ending, tho)
God, No! by Penn Gillette (okay, not as abrasive or funny as I hoped)
Lamb, the Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal by Christopher Moore (I loved Moore's Fool and The Stupidest Angel, but some of his other stuff left me cold. But I'll keep reading him, cause when he's good, he's damn good)
Hacksaw - The Jim Duggan Story (he's a pro wrestler, and was a last-minute addition to Scare-a-Cuse, a local horror con, and a hell of a nice guy)
Hawkes Harbor by S.E. Hinton (my wife loves The Outsiders, but didn't care for this one; then I found out it was originally intended to be a Dark Shadows novel, and had to read it; it's obviously Willie Loomis and Barnabas, and I can see why it wouldn't work for a non-DS audience)
The Family Fang by Kevin Wilson (funny, absurd, but the characters still felt real)
