What has NuBilly done anyway? Aside from have a terrible codename.

Not much, to my knowledge.

I do know that he's bullet proof and has some measure of super-speed.

He's also strong enough to toss a car at someone.

He can also fly and transport himself via his lightning. However, other than that nothing much. Unless he got a big boost recently that I'm unaware of.

Shazam craps himself. Because he is a child inside, he has beaten all of the GoW games and feels unworthy to face such an awesome opponent.

Fortunately for Shazam, one of his super powers is courage, so he doesn't actually crap himself ;)
