For 27 years since i was 4 when i bought my first issue as i bought issues since from some of my local comic stores and i have them in trade-paperbacks and i even liked the crossovers of Batman and him.

What's your thoughts on the new Judge Dredd comics? I got #1 and loved it...definitely will stick with it. I haven't read anything from 2000AD...so I can't compare it with anything.

LOVED the movie that came out this year.

I love Dredd, mindblowingly solid run still going strong, John Wagner is one of my favorite writers etc. As for the US comic, not my thing.

I've been into Dredd since a bit before the game came out, 2000 something, though I did dig the US movie as a youngster. The new movie is great too. Long live Dredd

Bit less than a year. Last Mays FCBD prog got me into 2000AD. Started reading the Dredd case files a little before that.

Recently saw the movie and loved it. I knew it was supposed to follow the comic closely, so I tried IDW's version. It's OK so far, I'll keep reading. I would try the original 2000 AD if I had access to them.

First read him back in the late 80s on a trip to the UK. Really got into him when the Case Files were published this side. He's a god.

Never. I always thought he was a really dopey character. That perception has probably colored by views, but I never thought he was written particularly well, either.
In my opinion is implied in every post. Please make an effort to remember that.
