Ever again is a bit hyperbolic, don't you think? I think some time down the line wrestling will get another shot in the arm and ratings will go up again.

In the meantime, if TNA can hold its ground WWE's ratings might fall to TNA levels in a decade.

yes...and there are a TON of other options that don't have the stigma that professional wrestling can't seem to shake

think about it....people are proud to watch s**t like Jersey Shore and American Idol and yet you can still get ridiculed for watching wrestling

Thankfully Jersey Shore is getting canned but agreed with American Idol and just about any reality tv show. MMA seems to be the new Pro Wrestling as of late.

Some people want to discredit Miz's run because of his feud with Lawler where Lawler was actually competitive against him, but by that logic Punk's run should be discredited too.

To be honest, while I really liked WWE Champ Miz, I'd like to see a Miz/Morrison reunion and see them enter the tag division again.

I really didn't like the Lawler program for the fact Miz should have destroyed him quick. It made no sense to beat Bryan and Morrison like he did fairly easy , yet couldn't beat Lawler so simple.

That to me was a problem with WWE at the time...guys like Bobby Lashley should destroy Test , but have good long drawn out fued with RVD and CM Punk. The same should be said of Miz...he should have a good long fued with Morrison and Bryan and destroy Lawler quick on an episode of RAW.

Well if it's a bigger WWE booking issue, how (or why) is Miz being punished as a non-success because of that? Miz at least managed to keep himself relevant even when the booking went to shit on him, something (as the poster above me said) ADR, Swagger, or Rey couldnt do (I'd also add Shaemus to that list, my memory remembers his first WWE Title run being pretty poor).

Why was zack ryder buried after getting over on his own?
Why are guys who win mitb destined to lose almost all their matches before they cash in?
Why before survivor series did Cena beat up Rtruth and Miz by himself to build for a match with him and rock vs them?
Why did HHH beat Punk when Punk was being positioned as a top guy?
Why was rey given his first WWE title only to have it taken away 1 hour later?
Why was the ADR title run pushed back over and over and over again?
Connected, why was Sheamus/ Del Rio a match 4 ppvs in a row, where sheamus beat him clean 4 times?
Hell, why is Miz, who hasn't been very over, if at all as a heel, changed to a face and no changes to his character were made?
You can't explain WWE booking or how they react to anything anymore, because Vince is apprently senile.
