Short road to ASM 700

Hi, I'm sure this question has been asked a million times, but I'm an old comic book man especially spiderman. Where do I need to start reading from so I can read Amazing Spiderman 700. I know thats not an easy and question and there are many tie ins and history, but I just the most essential reads. Ideally maybe go back 5 books? Or if there is a graphic novel like civil war? I dunno, I've been out of comics for a long time, but I'm a true spiderman fan at heart.

Also, any recommended places to download torrents or pdfs of the comics?

Amazing Spider-Man 600, maybe Spider-Island (not really essential for 700 but fills in some blanks) Ends of the Earth, 698-700, followed by Avenging Spider-Man 15.1.
