Nemesis is a damn tank requiring multiple gun shots to 'knock out' and took an exploding diner and falling off a high bridge on top of everything else in the city that Jill could hit it with to kill it, has it's own super strength and carries around a bazooka soooo....yeah.



That said, perhaps if it was this version of Frankenstein...

Going with book Monster, he has slightly superhuman strength and slightly superhuman durability. He is also quite fast though maybe not superhumanly so. But he's no match for the Nemesis.

But yeah Nemesis wins here.
